5. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Updating information when required
• Ensuring lawful use of the Service

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Algoqube to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
• Conduct fraud or deceptive practices
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service

You are solely responsible for AI inputs and resulting outputs.

7. AI Chatbot Behavior and Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Outputs depend on training data and inputs
• Critical outputs must be reviewed by humans
• AI should not be used for legal, medical, or financial advice

We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Data Ownership and Usage

A. Customer Data

You retain ownership of:

• Website URLs
• Training documents
• Customer conversations

B. Our Usage of Data

• Provide and improve services
• Train your private chatbot
• Offer analytics and insights
• Troubleshoot issues
• Comply with legal obligations

C. No Cross-Client Training

Your data is never used for other customers.

D. End-User Conversations

Processed solely on your behalf.

9. Customer Responsibilities (Data Controller Obligations)

You act as the Data Controller and must:

• Comply with applicable data protection laws
• Provide privacy notices
• Obtain required consents
• Ensure lawful data collection
• Handle user data requests

Algoqube acts as the Data Processor.

10. Pricing, Billing, and Refunds

A. Pricing

Subscription or usage-based pricing applies.

B. Billing

You authorize recurring charges where applicable.

C. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once a billing cycle begins unless required by law.

11. Service Availability and Uptime

• Downtime may occur due to maintenance or issues
• Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed
• Advance notice may be provided when possible

12. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures or breaches.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Our IP

All platform technology, branding, and AI models not trained on your data belong to Algoqube Solutions Pvt Ltd.

B. Your IP

Your content remains your property.

C. License

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Algoqube.

14. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal or harmful content generation
• Copyright violations
• Privacy violations
• Competitive misuse
• Malware or malicious scripts

15. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep business, technical, and customer data confidential, even after termination.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

17. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or non-payment.

18. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

A. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

B. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Algoqube Solutions Pvt Ltd against claims arising from misuse or violations.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies exclusively in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

21. Changes to These Terms

Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
